You may wonder what we're doing between starting a search candidate interviews. We're making sure we have what we need to find your new leader.</p>
Team Assessment and Consulting
<p>For senior leadership roles, Context Staffing will conduct a thorough assessment of your team to better understand the dynamics at play. We will interview each relevant team member so that we know what type of leader would best complement the team you already have.</p>
The Right Leader
<p>We go beyond asking about basic beliefs and resume gaps. We find out candidates' convictions, how they lead, learn their greatest successes and failures. We get to know your church. We find out what the job actually requires, what your values are, and what the right fit looks like.</p>
Onboarding Support
<p>Bringing in new staff can be complicated and time-consuming. That's why our services don't end when your find your candidate. We walk you through salary negotiation, relocation, and will coach your new leader for their first 90 days on the job. We're here for you and your new team member.</p>
The Context Search Process
Understand the Context Search Process
- Have an initial call with our team to outline exactly how we will help you find your next leader
- Ask us all your questions so you feel as comfortable as possible with us and our approach.
- Sign the agreement and kickstart the process.
Kick-off Meeting
- We'll have a 1-2 hour meeting where we get to know you, your church, your story, your city and the challenges you are facing.
- We'll help build out a candidate profile and job description so that everyone is on the same page about what we are looking for.
- When necessary, the Context Staffing Team will do an on-site visit so that we have a complete understanding of the church's culture and team dynamics.
Building a Profile
- We will work with your team to turn our kick-off meeting into a compelling profile that describes who you are and what you are looking for.
- The profile will include details about your church, your city and a description of the right candidate.
- When we go live with the role, the profile is the first thing an applicant will see, so we put a lot of emphasis on getting it just right.
Marketing Launch
- Once the profile is done, we will coordinate the launch of the role across all of our communication channels.
- We will promote your job on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and a dozen other job boards across the internet.
- Most importantly, we will craft and launch a custom email that goes out to thousands of pastors around the country to announce your role.
Proactive Recruiting
- The Context Staffing search process doesn't just rely on great marketing and passively wait for the right candidate to emerge.
- Once your job is launched, our CEO Justin Anderson and our Founder, Brian Howard will actively recruit from their personal networks to find candidates that didn't even know they were looking.
- Most of our top candidates come from our recruiting efforts.
- Justin and Brian have a combined 50 years of senior leadership experience and tens of thousands of contacts around the world.
The Vetting Process
- As applications come in, the Context Staffing Team vet each and every one to gauge for fit.
- Top candidates are moved into our vetting process which includes:
- Personal screening phone call
- In-depth interview with candidate and spouse
- Reference checks
- Resume review
- Personality and job competency testing
The Candidate Phase
- Once we have finished vetting the applicants, we narrow the field to a final 3-6 candidates.
- These finalists are presented to your team with robust profiles that give you everything you need to know before interviews begin.
- From there, we coordinate the interview schedules, set up the video platform, record the interviews deliver it all to you on Basecamp.
- We walk with you from start to finish through all rounds of interviews.
- We will work with you and the final candidate to do salary negotiations and final contracts.
Our Promise
- Our support to your team doesn't end when you finalize your hire.
- We will coach your new hire for their first 90 days on your team and aid you in the onboarding of your new leader.
- If we don't find your candidate in a calendar year we will release you from the search agreement.
- If your new staff member leaves or is fired within a year we will resume the search at no additional cost to you.
